Return window
You can request a return within [7] days of delivery for products that are unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and the invoice.
What can be returned
- Products delivered damaged or with a manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
- Unused products in sealed original packaging
What cannot be returned
- Products that have been installed and used, unless defective
- Filters, membranes and consumables once opened
- Products damaged by misuse, power surges or unauthorised repair
How to request a return
Call or WhatsApp us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within [5 to 7] working days after we receive and inspect the product.
